Seller reviewI was initially worried about using Michael Graham as our realtor, not because of his competence but because he was a friend and I didn't know if it was wise to mix friendship with business. That worry was unfounded as Michael was very professional and always put our needs first throughout the entire process. Michael Graham is very knowledgable of the NOVA area having lived in the area for many years and has remained current with all the real estate laws. We knew we were in good hands. He very patiently answered our almost daily phone calls and questions giving us great advice and guidance. In the past we'd recommended Michael to other sellers and they too were very happy with the outcome and with him as the agent. We wholeheartedly recommend Michael Graham to other potential clients in NOVA.

Buyer reviewMichael was a tremendous help to us when we sold our home in Gainesville 4 years ago. We had lived in the home for 28 years and had made significant improvements to the home over the years so we wanted to make sure that the new owners would love the home as much as we did. Michael through his association with other realtors found the perfect family and we still stay in touch with them today. When looking for a townhome in the NVA area we knew Michael would understand the reasons for the purchase and spend time in helping us again find the right situation for us. He communicated with us constantly, took the time to show us multiple properties and was there during the final walkthrough and closing to make sure things went smoothly. Seller reviewI have worked with Michael Graham in the past. He is very honest with his assessment of properties and will explain the reasons why he wants to list properties at the price he does while at the same time listening to your point of view. I could not be happier with the experience that I had while selling this home. Even when I was upset about all the faults the inspector found, he was patient in his explanation of what would need to be done and how it was all doable. I appreciated how quickly the house was listed once it was ready to go. Mike kept in touch the whole time and let use know the status. So happy that there was a written contract almost as soon as the home was listed. He helped me and the buyer come to an agreement. Michael Graham is easy to work with and delivers results. He will be our agent when we sell our present home in the next few years.
