In my opinion, the most important is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs, wants, expectations, and concerns of different sellers and buyers. This ability can only come through really caring about people. I have found that this ability to listen and be sensitive to my clients' needs is the essence of good service, and everything I do in my real estate work serves this objective in one way or another. As a Broker Associate of CENTURY 21 Randall Morris & Associates my greatest satisfaction comes from assisting and advising my clients on the sale or purchase of their property. My real estate skills include knowledge of market conditions, negotiations, and compliance with county and city ordinances. My years of experience selling waterfront properties, commercial properties, ranches, vacation rental properties, second homes, and primary residences gives me the knowledge to ensure my clients have the information needed to make informed decisions about their real estate.
