Buying or Selling property is one of the major decisions we all make in life. As with other major decisions in life, we consult with a professional. Many qualities and skills go into being an excellent REALTOR®. In my opinion, the most important is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs, wants, expectations, and concerns of different sellers and buyers. This ability can only come through really caring about people. I have found that this ability to listen and be sensitive to my clients' needs is the essence of good service, and everything I do in my real estate work serves this objective in one way or another. As a Broker Associate of CENTURY 21 Randall Morris & Associates my greatest satisfaction comes from assisting and advising my clients on the sale or purchase of their property. My real estate skills include knowledge of market conditions, negotiations, and compliance with county and city ordinances. My years of experience selling waterfront properties, commercial properties, ranches, vacation rental properties, second homes, and primary residences gives me the knowledge to ensure my clients have the information needed to make informed decisions about their real estate.

    We had visited Wimberley 3 years ago and set a short term goal of moving here. I found a house that was interesting that Melinda had listed and subscribed to her listing emails. For 3 years I have received emails daily from Melinda on new listings in the area! When the time finally came for us to purchase our own slice of the hill country, Melinda walked us through the whole process with her knowledge of the area and her true love for Wimberley! We are eternally grateful for her truthful feedback and genuine care for the home buying process! The only way to improve Melinda would be to clone her!!??

    Melinda Everett was very responsive to all of our needs and concerns. Her in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and available houses that met our discerning needs was incredible. Being out-of-town as we were, Melinda's local touch and willingness to dig deep and find the right set of houses for us to visit when we came to Wimberley was very appreciated. Melinda was a rock from our initial contact in the summer. She sent multiple links to homes on the market in our desired areas so we could get a feel for the market, she was very helpful during our site visits in September and throughout the entire financing and closing processes listening to what we needed in a home and not just "selling" us a house. After the initial offer we made on a property, Melinda provided a list of names and phone numbers of local businesses to help us complete the inspections and other necessary work in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about how pleased Cyd and I are with Melinda and her efforts on our behalf to help us acquire, not just a house in Wimberley, but the home that we wanted. Our overall experience with Melinda was excellent, as I have stated previously. Some of our experiences with the lender and the title company during the financing and closing phases seemed to consist of jumping through a bunch of unnecessary hoops, although Melinda did her best to mitigate the adverse impacts of those hurdles. As we worked through the sometimes laborious lending and closing processes, Melinda was always there to add a touch of rationality and an occasional kick-in-the-pants to the lenders to move them forward. I truly believe if Melinda had not been there to help us through these obstacles, this transaction would have fallen apart in short order. As it is, we are very happy to have closed and are in the process of moving to our new home in Wimberley. Melinda is a true asset to Randall Morris & Associates. As Cyd stated early on in our home search process, "Melinda is our gal in Wimberley!" and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with her. In the future, we expect to send anyone looking for the perfect home in Wimberly to Melinda and Randall Morris & Associates.
