Marcie dealt with a lot of obstacles with our house. She ultimately became a friend, sometimes life coach(!), and made things easy for us to understand. When things went south, it was Marcie's attention to detail that protected us. She is fantastic person! She is a professional, yet personable. Our contract was stressful, and I'm thankful that Marcie hung in there as long as she did.
