Marcie was great at recognizing what worked for us. Marcie was also great at communicating what was not easily understood through the video sessions. Marcie helped us greatly understanding the market and how to best approach offers. Marcie was great at managing the offer and negotiations. In a sellers market Marcie was able to walk that tightrope of securing the sale while also maximizing our value. I have full trust in Marcie! She knows the market, gives great input, and listens to our needs. I couldn't ask for a better agent!

Even my family members have commented about her excellence. She stayed on top of everything in this transaction and was in constant contact with me. I never had a doubt or did not know what was happening and when it was happening. She made this process as simple and easy as possible. I cannot express how pleased I am with Marcie and her professionalism. This all started with Marcie showing me a rental house in Wimberley and me commenting that there was a rental on Kyle/Buda I was interested in but could not get in contact with them. She contacted them for me and met me there a day later. One day later she showed me this house and I was putting an offer on it with her suggestion of a 10 day option so I could continue to look at other properties which she lined up for me. She went above and beyond starting with looking at rentals to the purchase of this house.
