She also paid close attention to my specific needs & desires, along with calming my nervous anxieties due to being a FIRST TIME home buyer. Throughout the entire process she provided valuable contacts/referrals & a plethora of education surrounding house hunting, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, moving companies, contractors, title companies, the process of applying for a tax credit at the courthouse (including accompanying me there!), getting utility services switched over, radon testing, etc. & SO MUCH MORE.
