We looked at many different places to help us narrow our focus until we found the property with everything we wanted. Buyer reviewSince I already knew Kellie Hanna I knew that she would be a great pick to help me purchase a new home for my elderly parents. I needed someone who was very nice and patient to work with two senior citizens who are hard of hearing and don't use computers or email. Kellie had to go above and beyond because the trailer my parents were buying was in a senior mobile home lot and it was a "For Sale by Owner." The seller was an older gentleman who also came to trust Kellie. She went to his mobile home several times to have him sign papers. She treated him respectfully and even bought him muffins to help convince him to sell the trailer to my parents. Since neither he, nor my parents, use email or computers, Kellie was stuck doing a lot of driving papers back and forth for people to sign. She always did it with a great attitude and was super patient with all of the older people involved. Afterward, my dad commented that Kellie Hanna was so good at her job and that she was worth every penny and then some!
