Welcome and thank you for visiting! My family and I have lived in Florida since 2000 and I have been assisting customers sell, buy and/or lease homes in Florida since 2001. Being in the local market and having experienced the tremendous growth in Florida in the early 2000's as well the housing market decline and leveling process, has provided me additional ways to adapt to an ever changing market and be creatively effective, resulting in a successful transaction for all parties involved!
I have been involved with several local school, church and community events which support my passion of being able to help people! I look forward to assisting you in taking advantage of the beautiful weather and accommodating housing the Sunshine State has to offer! I also speak Italian.

Prior to truly even being ready to buy a home, Joanne was always available to answer questions. When I was ready to buy a home I knew she would be my first call. She couldn't have been better. Although I'm sure I was not her only client at the time, she made me feel like it. I was a priority to her and she was always there when I needed her. Joanne was always on it. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She was always reliable and efficient. Joanne made this stressful process doable. I have a tendency to panic and stress and she always knew how to reassure me and made me feel better.
