Welcome and thank you for visiting! My family and I have lived in Florida since 2000 and I have been assisting customers sell, buy and/or lease homes in Florida since 2001. Being in the local market and having experienced the tremendous growth in Florida in the early 2000's as well the housing market decline and leveling process, has provided me additional ways to adapt to an ever changing market and be creatively effective, resulting in a successful transaction for all parties involved!
I have been involved with several local school, church and community events which support my passion of being able to help people! I look forward to assisting you in taking advantage of the beautiful weather and accommodating housing the Sunshine State has to offer! I also speak Italian.

Buyer reviewJoanne goes way beyond the call of duty!!! She is kind and sweet...we felt like we were using a friend yet she was extremely professional in every way! I can't imagine any client being unable to use her...her mannerisms are gentle yet firm and we made it to closing in 30 days! She saved us money on reports which were only done seven months before. Joanne is also going to help us file for the Homestead exemption since our morgage required it!!! As well, she is selling our prior home since we chose to do it this way...Do yourself a favor, use Joanne for all your housing needs...and no, we are not related nor are we friends even if we wish to be!!!
