Seller reviewGinger made the entire process easy for me; I never woke up in the middle of the night worried about the sale. Great! Ginger handled every issue that came up and knew what to do. Ginger came highly recommended to us by a neighbor; Ginger sold her mother's condo in our complex. What you need to know about Ginger is she goes the distance and her word is important to her. She is loyal. From Sept. 2019 to April 2021, she endured so many starts and stops from us that personally, I would have quit touching base. Even when she thought we had sold the condo she called to congratulate us even though we had not used her! That is true class. Since our initial contact with Ginger she was the one we wanted to do business with; I think many of her clients would say the same thing. Ginger handled all of the showings and issues that come with that with poise and confidence. She was very organized.
