Finding a house is stressful. Its time consuming. You have to find a place that meets your needs AND that you like. Then you have to compete against others to buy the place. It wears you down. Its not fun. Ginger did everything she could to make the above not true. She focused on things to narrow the search first. Things like price, area, and needs. We went out based on my schedule and we looked at a LOT of places. She even found a place before our first meeting that would have been amazing had my offer got accepted. I have regrets for the places that got away but i onlt got those opportunities because of Ginger. For that I am thankful.

Ginger was an amazing agent who helped me to find the perfect first-time home I could have ever imagined. Right from the start she showed me what expectations were realistic for my price range as well as what I should be searching for in a home. She gave me showed me several different condos in areas that weren't far from my work, she was easily able to point out why certain condos after having visited them were a bad option overall for me personally, and which would be beneficial, and she was always open and honest about the entire process. Ginger Vanier made me feel both comfortable and relaxed in what has been quite possibly the biggest and most stressful purchase of my life so far. She was always willing to answer any questions I might have had and even in the late hours of the night did she work and text me back. When it came to the actual purchase of the home, she provided me plenty of information regarding what was going to happen step by step, and what was required. She worked with my Loan officer as well and collaborated with him on timing and details of the purchase so all I had to focus on was the escrow parts of the purchase and my own submission of funds. I can not explain how amazing of both a Real estate agent and overall a person she is.

Her guidance in preparing our home for sale was invaluable and ultimately translated into better pricing. Ginger went above and beyond in coordinating local/regional real estate broker open houses/site reviews to assist in marketing our home for sale. Throughout the sale or our home, Ginger's professional efforts in working with buyers and their realtors was effortless, and proved to be very productive.
