Buyer reviewOur situation was a unique one. After the lender approved us for the loan, and we had moved out of our apartment, we were told it was too soon to buy a home. We were already living in the home we wished to purchase. Throughout a period of about 4 months, Ms. Elaine worked tirelessly with us to make sure that found a home we love and that we were able to lease to purchase our home. Then, after a year, she did everything she could to help us buy our home. We cannot thank her enough for going out of her way to transport documents back and forth and for working so diligently on our behalf. She even offered to and took my legally blind husband to the courthouse weeks after the closing. Ms. Elaine holds a special place in our hearts. She is truly a gem!
