Seller reviewThis was our first time selling a home and Elaine was very professional in her advisement and also very personal in our dealings. She always provided her professional opinion and highlighted all of our possible options, which allowed my wife and I to make an informed decision on how to proceed. She maintained regular contact through both phone calls and emails for the entire sales process. Unlike the other agency we considered, Elaine listened to our situation, needs and expectations, then made a personal connection based on our initial conversation. She presented a plan to meet our needs and exhibited confidence in her abilities to effectively execute that plan. We chose Elaine over the other company representative based solely on her character as we saw it. Her credentials were great, so were the other representatives credentials, but Elaine truly understood our situation and needs and was able to convey that back to us. We would recommend Elaine to anyone needing to sell a home. Elaine was top notch! We could not have asked for a better first time home selling experience!

Buyer reviewElaine was great to work with, She was professional but also friendly, She asked questions to find out what we were looking for. When she found out about our family, she showed us houses that were appropriate, There was a last minute change in the closing price and Elaine told them that it was on them and that they had to eat the difference. We did not find out until the day of closing about the difference. She stood on this and they paid the difference, If the chance should arrive again, I would choose Elaine,
