David Hoefer worked hard at ensuring our house was ready to sell. He had our best interests always first. David was hands on for us. The one thing that stood out the most to me was how he always stayed calm and confident when my husband and I started to worry when things didn't look so good when they actually were just fine. David Hoefer did an excellent job helping us get the house ready for sale, and then interacting with the home inspector, the lending assessor, and the prospective buyer's. He is a great communicator in terms of being honest and clear and facilitating the sale. He quickly seemed to understand what tweaks the buyer wanted and negotiated a compromise that worked out well for both sides. He was patient when with buyer's agents, and didn't have trouble saying no, when it was appropriate. I think he has a good sense of balance when helping us think through our options. He is clean cut, speaks clearly, and very professional. We will use him again.

I selected David Hoefer because he use to work for my company and the President and Vice President highly recommended him. And I am glad I lisrened. He is a Terrific Guy! I have had a few other realtors in my life but David put all of them to shame. And one of them was the president of Phoenix Association of Realtors. I think David Hoefer should be President instead.
