Buyer reviewDavid Hoeffer is absolutely hands down the best agent that we have ever dealt with. We have bought and sold countless properties over the last 30 years so we know what we are talking about when we say he is outstanding! He listens and understands our needs and was on top of everything immediately. He never failed to keep us updated and in the loop on every step. We have, in the recent past, here locally Had a horrendous experience with two agents who represented us on selling our home. By comparison, David was a breath of fresh air. Very competent and intelligent. Would highly recommend him to anyone in the area. David always has our back when it came to negotiations. I also felt I knew a lot about the art of Real estate but David took it to a whole new level and I learned even more from him. David made me feel like I could relax and sign anything that he sent me knowing that I had faith in him and he had my best interest in mind so I could sit back and not worry I'm actually going to be sad when all my purchases are over. We plan on purchasing anywhere from 8 to 12 homes in the area. David provided such excellent service and Subsequently felt like a friend that I will miss

David worked at various times with both of our daughters and my husband and I during our prolonged house hunting and buying. He took our difficult circumstances in his stride, always responding quickly to whoever of us made the enquiries.
