Darla Quaranta was exceptional in guiding us throughout the home buying process. Her warmth, patience, and attention to detail throughout the process really made us feel very comfortable. She helped to inform our decisions by sharing her experiences and knowledge. Additionaly, the team of professionals she connected us with throughout the process were also exceptionally helpful. She is an outstanding real estate professional who really puts her client's needs first. No matter the time of day or night, Darla was responsive and accessible. She was always well prepared and willing to go the extra mile to show us that "one last house." She worked tirelessly to find homes that met our criteria and was super flexible and patient when we decided to shift gears and re-direct our search about 60 miles outside her primary territory. Her upbeat, outgoing personality made it really fun to work together. Even our kids enjoyed spending time with her -- she became known as "Aunty Darla!" We really appreciate the high level of service Darla provided and would highly recommend her in a heartbeat. We couldn't have found the home of our dreams without her!

Darla was the realtor for my neighbors. They were extremely satisfied with her and recommended her highly. If there was a score above excellent, that is how we would rate Darla's performance. She went above and beyond for us and was in constant communication with us regarding every aspect of our sale, even if it was just a text or phone call to see how we were doing. Aside from being the best realtor we could have asked for, she is a warm and caring person. We don't know how we would have made it through this without her. We not only had a satisfactory outcome on the sale of our home, but we also felt confident after the first time we met Darla that she had the experience, knowledge and personal touch that we needed. Darla treated us like family. We will never forget her and how hard she worked for us. Service was extremely efficient and made easy for us. Completely satisfied.
