First I saw Darla Quaranta's signs in my area, they looked professional. She came to our home well prepared with literature and knowledge . My wife and I had our house for sale previously with no results. Darla Quaranta from Century 21 was more prepared to sell our home. The package she created for the sale of our home was spectacular, from the literature, photos, areal pictures and the open house presentations were more than we could ask for. Darla didn't nickel and dime the sale of our home. Darla Quaranta is a PROFESSIONAL and CARING realtor and always had our best interest in mind. Darla Quaranta was prepared professionally and ready to sell our home. She made the process of selling our home easier than I thought it would be for my wife and I.

Darla Quaranta did an outstanding job handling the sale of brother's home. This was an estate sale that needed special attention. Much of the time I was unavailable. Darla helped coordinate inspections, repairs and services that needed to be done prior to closing. I had full confidence in Darla and she came through with flying colors. I would not hesitate to recommend Darla Quaranta to anyone who is looking for a extremely professional and competent real estate agent who can be relied upon to do a great job from start to finish.

I never expected to have such wonderful treatment, wise counsel, and unending help from an agent. Darla is smart, strategic, extremely hardworking, kind and empathetic, and will do whatever you need to help you sell your home. She sure extended herself for us. I do not believe we would have found a buyer so quickly without her and her ability to negotiate a deal acceptable to both buyer and seller. I will recommend her to everyone .I've already told my lawyer about her and asked him to mention her if anyone asks about a broker. In essence, she's as good as it gets, and if I still had a company, I would hire her to run it. Thank you Darla. You were really a gift t us. Nancy and Michael Walters , she did everything right and then did more I think I've said it all. She is the best!
