Buyer reviewCathy Lawton was very pleasant and responsive. Cathy helped me considerably in negotiating the purchase price. She also put me in touch with the home inspection company and a very reliable chimney company. Cathy provided input to mortgage company and kept in touch with them to make the closing date on time. I would recommend Cathy Lawton, she is extremely dedicated and a joy to work with.

Buyer reviewCathy was amazing in both our sale process and purchase process. We had tried to sell our house on multipe occaisions with different realtors in the past few years, and had no bites. Cathy came in and sold our house within 3 days of posting!!!! She was patient and available to speak with and answer questions at ALL TIMES; weekends, late nights, holidays, Cathy always answered my calls and emails. During our purchase, she was awesome in referring a great home inspector, who found significant items, which would not have been seen by just anyone. She assisted in helping us negotiate these items, and and made us feel comfortable in our buy! Cathy has great knowledge of the northern NJ area, and brought us to some great locations I would have never thought of looking, based on price and our wants. I already have friends who are interested in selling their homes in the near future due to our quick sale, and great buy; of course, they are wanting to contact Cathy when they are ready.
