Cathy helped us navigate and close on our dream home. We worked with Cathy for 6 months and during that time she showed us 50+ houses, 2 of which we were under contract and lost. Cathy stayed optimistic and determined. We finally found our dream house but it was far from a normal sale. It was owned by a relocation company and there were many obstacles and hoops to jump through but with Cathy's experience and knowledge we were able to purchase our dream house and at the price we wanted. We truly believe that if it wasn't for Cathy and all her hard work we would not have closed on this home. She went above and beyond, stayed in close contact during the entire transaction, always asked how we wanted to proceed while also giving her professional advice. She adapted to all situations (polite and professional when needed, but also fierce and pushed back always keeping us in her best interest). We are forever grateful for everything Cathy has done for us and highly recommend her!

CATHY WAS PROBABLY THE MOST PROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH.SHE WAS ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND COMMUNICATED WITH ME ONLY A DAILY BASIS I ALWAYS KNEW WHERE WE WERE IN THE PROCESS.SHE HANDLED EVERYTHING TAKING CARE ALL INSPECTIONS AND MEETING WITH ALL INSPECTORS, MY PROPERTY WAS SOLD IN A SHORT AND FOR A PRICE IN EXCESS OF WHAT I EXPECTED AND OTHER AGENTS TOLD US TO LIST IT FOR, I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND AND USE CATHY AGAIN.

She also put me in touch with the home inspection company and a very reliable chimney company. Cathy provided input to mortgage company and kept in touch with them to make the closing date on time.
