My passion for real estate began in 2005 with the purchase of my first home. That passion continued to grow until I decided to make the leap into real estate from a career in social services. I am a native of the Philadelphia area and have extensive knowledge of the city, surrounding counties, and school districts. I am a bit of a foodie and like to explore new restaurants. I am also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy all things lacrosse. At the end of the day, there is nothing better than spending time with my wife and 2 children.

Buyer reviewOur purchase was very complicated and drawn out and Bill was critical in keeping us sane and getting us what we deserved from the builder. He fought very hard for us and was available any time we needed him. Bill went above and beyond what we expected any realtor to do. Our house buying process lasted over two years due to several delays with the builder. Bill stayed on top of everything for us and went the extra mile when we were at our wits end! We could not have made it through without him. We would highly recommend Bill to anyone who is looking for a new home!
