My passion for real estate began in 2005 with the purchase of my first home. That passion continued to grow until I decided to make the leap into real estate from a career in social services. I am also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy all things lacrosse. At the end of the day, there is nothing better than spending time with my wife and 2 children.

We engaged another realtor to sell our home early on and it was a dismal experience. Bill stepped and got us back on track and helped us get an offer on our home in about a week. Selling a home is difficult enough. Doing it from halfway across the country means you need someone professional, timely, knowledgeable, and persistent. Bill provided all that we needed. Bill Kwasniewski was the absolute best sales person and continues to help me to find the "perfect" home for my future. I did not know Bill prior to my contact with him however wanted someone who truly knew the Philadelphia and suburban marketplace and he hustled and worked with me on every aspect. My house sold in less than a day - and I owe it all to Bill. Berkshire who dominates in the "mainline" market here in the Philly suburbs is all hype and elaborate signs but is where it starts and ends. Bill K. has tremendous character and a high moral ethical disposition which was paramount to the qualities I required in a sales person. Thanks Bill - you are the best!

Bill Kwasniewski served us patiently and with a good sense of humor. Our search took six weeks, including a number of weekday evening quick visits - no doubt the most inconvenient possible approach to searching I could possibly have imposed on Bill. He didn't complain, he just did his best to make himself available, often on short notice. Bill was also consistently helpful with ideas and analysis, such as advice about key strengths and weaknesses of each property. He was quick with references when we needed vendors before and after closing. Really appreciated Bill's professionalism, attitude, and competence.
