Buyer reviewI contacted Kim in early March and explained what I was looking for. We discussed what was important to me and any must haves. Six weeks later, I closed on my home. Throughout the process, Kim was always accessible and super responsive to ANY questions I had. She put me in touch with a great lender and a home warranty expert. I can't put into words how helpful, friendly, professional, and trustworthy she was throughout the process. Kim helped me every step of the way, right up to and including closing. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such an amazing lady. Century 21 is very fortunate to have someone like her. Buyer reviewStay awhile, and listen. From start to finish my experience with Josh was very smooth and stress-free. He was able to accommodate my work schedule, which could make it difficult at times to view homes. He was always patient, even when I showed up to showings with my large family. He was always very thorough looking through the properties and pointing out things that could be issues. When the right house came along, Josh helped me make the right offer, and secure the house I wanted within an hour.
