My daughter met Dawn Evans in Bloomington and I'm so glad we chose Dawn to help sell the home. Dawn is meticulous with every detail, from paperwork to marketing, to checking on the property in our absence. When we discovered an unexpected repair project, Dawn knew just the right person to do the repair properly, and continued to follow up with him until it was completed. Dawn is knowledgeable, professional, forthright, and diligent--easily the best realtor I've ever worked with.

Dawn was awesome! Because I don't live in the Bloomington area, she was very accomodating in settting up a time to view the property when it was convenient for me...which happened to be New Year's Eve day. She met me with a huge smile on her face and spent considerable time with me looking at the house and property. I felt as if she had all the time in the world even though this was a holiday. I made an offer on New Year's day...and again she graciously gave up some of her family time to expedite the offer. She and Kelly kept me totally informed throughout the process...and if I had a question, Dawn responded immediately. If she didn't know the answer, she researched it and got back to me ASAP. It was a smooth, efficient purchase from start to finish, thanks to her! It truly was a pleasure working with her! She is a very knowledgable agent and asset to her profession! I would recommend her and her firm to anyone looking for property in the Bloomington area.
