Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer I was very nervous, Steve answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what was happening to ensure I was happy with the deal. It especially helped in my case since I was buying a duplex. Since Steve has owned rental properties before he gave me good tips and told me how he has handled tenants and other situations He also made sure to help me find a good cash flowing deal. I would highly recommend Steve Schoonover as he handled everything. He worked with my mortgage broker one on one to ensure they were getting their stuff done and then give me updates on where they were at in the process.

I appreciated even when he was gone briefly that he had his team well prepared to assist me while he was gone and I had no issues with their help. Overall Steve was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had throughout the process.

He was very invested in making sure we got the right house for us and made sure we had a great experience in the process. He always gave really helpful direction/opinions while taking a lot of time to understand exactly what we were wanting in a house. You can tell he loves being a realtor and he's exceptional at it. Zero complaints.
