We never even considered working with anyone else. Bill worked really hard to help us hit the ground running with getting our house on the market, which helped our house sell quickly. He had excellent ideas on ways to increase the value and marketability of our house. Bill is very professional and knowledgeable, and at the same time very approachable and comfortable to work with. He really listened to us and we felt like we were working together as a team with Bill, with the goal of getting our house on the market and sold as quickly as possible.
