Seller reviewJim Conlan was referred to us by USSA along with another broker. Friends and family also recommended their brokers but Jim really stood out. My father passed away and I was appointed the executor of his estate. We chose to sell the house but myself and my siblings live in other states now. Jim provided his background, provided suggestions for the sale and most importantly followed through with all of his suggestions. He communicated with me on a nearly daily basis which I so appreciated being out of state. I made the trip to Seattle and met with Jim. Century 21 has a GEM for sure! He "sold" himself to us not with number of sales but by sharing his knowledge of estate sales and by providing us up front with ideas on how to "promote" the house. Very clever! Nothing but the best! Thank you so much for the service. We will be sharing our experience with family and friends in the Seattle area.
