Seller reviewDevin Fowler was recommended by a friend of my sister's. We wanted a stress-free sale with an experienced realtor. After meeting with Devin it was clear she loved her job, was knowledgeable of the market, had contacts with repair businesses and would do the best job representing us to buyers. When we decided to take a buyer's offer, Devin would always explain the contract's features and using the "DocSign" program made selling very easy. Once the home inspection was completed, Devin helped me make contacts with businesses that could address the needed repairs. Devin has an excellent network established with repair businesses and was extremely helpful in making sure we got the best price, quick service, and had quality repair work completed. I was selling my Mother's house for her and Devin was on top of all aspects of the sale! I would definitely recommend Devin Fowler to anyone selling or buying a home. She was a delight to work with!

Buyer reviewMost critical to our retaining Devin as our selling agent were her listening and communication skills, her enthusiasm, and her interest in us and connecting relationally. Devin was fabulously patient both with the seller and us. Add in the covid mess and she was absolutely outstanding! Part counselor, part daughter, part tether towards the seller as he was off-the-charts with various irrational bouts of anxiety, fear, paranoia, and stress/suspicion. She handled him and the situation with great aplomb and we highly recommend Devin as she communicated clearly and thoroughly with us through it all in a professional, respectful, trustworthy and honoring way.
