Buyer reviewPeggy Pratt skillfully negotiated an excellent price for us on our new house, and solved many difficult problems that arose during the negotiating process. In the end, we saved tens of thousands of dollars and are now living in just the right house for us. She also recommended various crraftsmen to do work on those things that needed doing, and looked out for our interests at every turn. We were able to call her or text her at any time on any day and she responded almost immediately in each case. We have used a variety of realtors over the years in connection with our own homes as well as rentals that we own, and Peggy is by far the best realtor we have encountered.
