Buyer reviewThis is the third time I have bought and/or sold a house with Molly and I couldn't think of anyone else that I would want to work with when it comes to real estate. Not only does Molly excel in what I would consider the standard real estate things; it's everything beyond standard that keeps me loyal to Molly for all my real estate needs. For example, passing on moving boxes from one client to another. I recently moved and didn't have to buy a single box...thanks to Molly... and when I unpacked, Molly connected me with another one of her clients so that I could pass along my boxes. When I need a recommendation for a plumber, electrician, painter, landscaper, etc. I call Molly and she recommends someone that she uses. I have never been disappointed with the service from one of Molly's recommendation's. Molly makes me feel like a friend versus a client; she listens, gives great advice and always has my best interests in mind. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!

She understood exactly what we were looking for, and she really went to work when a promising home appeared as a pre-market listing. She communicated at length with the listing agent helped us with a strong offer that made the deal, even though our offer was not the highest purchase price offered on the property. The listing agent even told us directly that "your agent is the reason you got the house." We are loving the new home now, and are so glad that we worked with Molly to make it happen!
