I had met Wendy going with my son on his first buy and appreciated her friendliness & professionalism. When we knew we needed to change realtors she was my first and only pick. And we were very happy with her services. We always got prompt answers to any questions we had. She helped us stick to our pricing and with her help we sold in a timely manner. Buyer reviewShe was very helpful and accommodating since I was coming from Long Island and purchased a short sale (they should really think about changing the name to "drawn out sale"). She dealt with things that otherwise I would have if I were in the area. If she did not know about the question that I asked, she found out quickly and with as much detail as possible. I love that she was very open and honest with us so that we got the best deal possible in a neighborhood that was not run down or lower then our standards. Basically, she worked her butt off to help us :-)
