I wanted to see one specific house in a sub divison, and he showed me all four- I was thinking what is wrong with this guy- I want this one- but the first one he showed me which was the one I didn't care to see, is the one I fell in love with and purchased. He knew exactly what he was doing and I have profound respect for him. This was an easy decision to sell allow him to sell my house. He was awesome! One day wonder- sold it on the first day of showings! Total trust and respect for him....
