They have a great eye not just in homes but the quirky Alaska real estate market. Tiffany & Shelby may have been a recommendation but feel we have made friends for life. We can't thank them enough for not only their loca knowledge, patience and persistence that was the catalyst to our confidence in making an offer that was a wild card and much to our surprise we netted our dream vacation/future retirement home and property. They did well walking me through the steps and answering any questions I had along the way. They were quite patient when we encountered points of difficulty, either created by me or outside forces. Overall my experience was pleasant and I would find it hard to see how anyone could walk away regretting their choice in doing business with Tiffany and Shelby.

Seller reviewThe Holly Sisters are a dynamic duo. My home was staged perfectly which helped so much when I bought my first home. I was thankful for the resource when selling this time! They have an incredible work ethic and worked hard for me. Communication was prompt and they answered any questions I had. Sell day was the biggest relief and they were thoughtful in our farewell. The ladies even gave me a housewarming gift for my new home. Buying or selling can be one of the biggest stressors in anyone's life and they handled those worry's with care. Buyer reviewTiffany and Shelby Holly are awsome! They answered all of our questing and explained things that we didnt quite understand with this being our first home! They went above any expectation we had. They listened to our needs and wants and found houses that fit what we needed and wanted. Tiffany and Shelby are great, even when we had an issue with the finances and our bank they helped keep us focused on our goal of owning a home! They helped us understand what was happening and reashured us that things will work out. Thankfully they never stoped working and made sure we were able to get the home of our dreams!
