I would like to say for what could have been a scary and stressful process being first time homebuyers Dave Taylor (and his partner Didi) made it very easy and comfortable. We were transferred abroad and were referred to David Taylor by a friend. We had previously had our house listed with another agent for some time but didn't receive any offers prior to our move. Since we had already left the state and our home was vacant, we discussed putting our house on the rental market with David.
