I would recommend Mike Ferrante to anybody who's trying to sale property. He and his sales team were professional in every sense of the word. They understood my circumstances, and once I received an acceptable offer, Mike made certain the deal didn't fall apart. He put my interests over his financial benefits, which I applaud him for doing. He created a win-win situation for me and for him, and I'm thankful for that.

Mike Ferrante was beyond exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, creative with negotiating, empathetic. In short, we could not have asked anything more out of Mike and his team. They were absolutely top class and we will recommend him to anyone we encounter that may be looking for a realtor. We dealt with his teammate, Tracy Dauenhauer, and she was an excellent member of Mike's team. She was consistent with his style, creative, responsive, helpful, friendly. We truly had as good of an experience as one could expect in a home buying/selling process. Mike and his team will guide you through the process, keep you informed of anything you might need, handle various details, provide useful insights when negotiating the sale/purchase of the home, are exceptionally responsive, and just top notch friendly people. Again, I cannot recommend him enough.
