Well.... after having the property listed for a couple of months with another agent we decided to cancel and hire Zuly for the job of selling our house. I think Ronald and Zuly did a good job because they passed maaaany flyers in the area, had open houses, the way they install the for sale sign with a very tall post I liked it. I think that simple things made a big difference. Ronald and Zuly sold my property within a week and the estimated time that they gave us was exact. I'm glad I put my property for sale with The Morales. Thanks Ronald and Zuly.
