Going into the home-buying process, our home criteria were relatively strict. Also, our budget was on the lower end of what Beaufort County offered, and we had very specific areas we were interested in. Fortunately, I never felt we were being steered to a home outside of what we were looking for, and we closed on a home that was exactly what we wanted. Will showed us every house we wanted to see, some in-person and some over FaceTime, based on our availability. He was very knowledgeable about the local area and the home-buying process and kept us well informed.
