Planning talking to the homeowner asking what needs and Wants what they're gonna do to meet them Communications probably one of the biggest things . Explains things to seller and buyer. That's how The house was sold in less than a week. But what the biggest things was you feel comfortable around them always knew they were looking out for your best interest much like family
