Seller reviewNegotiations with multiple buyers immediately upon listing; a favorable overbid was received. The roof of the house was severely damaged by hail while the house was listed. Toni negotiated with the bidders and the house was sold as is, with no need for me to contract for roof repairs, a big help for an out of town owner.
