Seller reviewWe live out of state. I called Terry Wilson at 330pm on a Saturday on my way up from Ky, and he literally met me at the house we needed to sell by 5pm an hour and a half later! Within days the house was on the market. I had no idea what I was doing (had to sell my moms house fast) and Terry was a HUGE help to my mom and me. He walked me through every step. He went above and beyond to help us. His help made everything go so much smoother as it was a very stressful situation with my moms house. He even returned my moms oxygen tanks to Lincare when I couldnt do it myself. I'm pretty sure that's not in his job description, he just did it to help us out which I REALLY appreciated. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor and I'm SO GLAD I called him! Thank you Terry!
