Seller reviewBeing aware of Taylor Hird's work ethic and attention to detail from a previous experience there was no question in choosing her to represent the sale of my property in Ankeny, Iowa. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable, energetic, and focused. She seemed constantly available and always addressed any questions immediately and to my satisfaction. She predicted the property would sell within two weeks and by day two, we had three offers! She was able to share the specific details and differences in the offers which allowed me to to make a much more educated choice on which offer to accept and negotiate. Buyer reviewTaylor has to be the best realtor ever! Seriously, I don't want to try another realtor because I know they would not measure up to her. She went out of her way to make sure the purchase of our new home went smoothly. She communicated with us so thoroughly that we always knew where we were at in the process. She met with inspectors and contractors at the property even when we could not be there. And as we experienced some complicated circumstances, she did the time consuming, grueling work of calling and dealing with the seller, insurance companies, banks, and many other parties involved. I can't think of any way she could improve, she is simply the best. We would recommend her to anyone.
