Personal Profile
Tammy fell in love with this area in 2004 when her in-laws moved to Amelia Island. She married Marc, her college sweetheart, in 1997 and his work had them call Hilton Head Island SC, Charlotte NC, and Wilmington NC home before moving to their forever home on Amelia Island in May 2019. Tammy has 2 sons, one in college in Jacksonville and the other son is a Senior at Fernandina Beach High School. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, watching her sons play soccer, and exploring this area with all that it has to offer. She thinks you wont find a better place than the Amelia Island area to make the biggest investment of your life.

Seller reviewTammy went above and beyond expectations to sell my condo. I don't live locally, so Tammy took on a number of duties I normally would have. She even sat and waited for a refrigerator delivery, aired it out and dusted before a showing when the place had been empty for a while due to construction, and coordinated constantly with my property manager to maximize showings. She explains things well in the listing and sales contracts, explaining things without making you feel stupid, and not going into excruciating detail when you already understand something. I would recommend Tammy to anyone, especially family and friends. I can't thank her enough for everything she did for me.
