Having already moved out-of-state, we were happily surprised when Tammy emailed that four people had looked at the house before the listing went online--and it sold right away! She was wonderful about keeping us informed via email about the inspection, needed repairs, and other concerns and promptly responded to our many questions. Tammy is an A+ agent! We are so thankful she represented us in the sale of our house. She alleviated the stress of selling it long-distance because she was constantly in touch. We appreciate her friendliness, enthusiasm, and professionalism and highly recommend her.
