I have been serving the Nashville area and surrounding counties for 25 years and have lived in the Nashville area my entire life, which enables me to have a strong knowledge of the market, including Cheatham, Davidson, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson & Wilson counties! Having obtained my Brokers license I have had years of training to help me negotiate for my clients and help guide them thru all phases of the home buying or home selling process! Seller reviewWe'd worked with Tammy as a Cartus referral when we moved to Nashville. We enjoyed our experience with her so much that we called her when we were being relocated to Tucson, AZ instead of using the realtor that was assigned to us. She is able to read people quickly and adjust her delivery based on the personality of her clients. For us, she was direct and approached things from a business mindset which are highly desirable traits for our realtor. She has excellent contacts in the area and we were able to leverage those contacts and recommendations to get things fixed in our home after the inspection was completed. The buyer on our home was beyond difficult but Tammy helped keep the deal together throughout the process which was no easy task. If we are ever moving back to the Nashville area, she'd be my first call!
