Seller reviewSusan is responsive from day one. She was quicker than expected when answering questions and fulfilling our needs as a family selling a home. From understanding listing price to photos and describing our home perfectly to potential buyers, we felt like our family was a top priority for Susan. It is hard to describe the home selling/buying process unless you've been through it. An easy way to say it is that a family has a lot of anxiety in the transition. Susan took the anxiety of the home sale/purchase out of our hands and put it on her shoulders. We just had to move the furniture.

Mrs. Susans' transparency is/was great as soon as she knew something we knew it even on her vacation. As long as she is a realitor I will forever req. her and utilize her services. The process was hard at times but she made you feel like you had it. Mrs. Susan always made herself available to us to simply vent if we needed it. The support from her was phanomenol and we couldn't be more blessed and grateful to have had her with us throughout this momentus moment in our lives. Susan stepped in and did all the legwork for me, then gave me the necessary details or summarized information that otherwise I would have not been able to digest due to my current situation.
