Hello! My name is Sue Barchik, and I am an Associate Broker for Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty (C21CBR) . In March 2025, I will celebrate my 35th year as a REALTOR. I've had the opportunity to own other companies, create the C21CBR Relocation Dept., manage a Satellite office of C21CBR, and participate in the management of both Company locations.
Maya Angelou once said, "My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style." While working in, thru, and with the real estate community, I think it is important to have passion for the profession and to continue to improve my skills. It is of upmost importance to have empathy for my clientele and for the Sales Professionals who work for me. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person makes, and the role their salesperson plays in crucial. My role is to be a knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate leader. Humor is essential. Sometimes, all I can do is laugh because a particular situation is so unbelievable! Lastly, style: I have my own, as we all do. Again, it is my goal to be professional while personable and approachable.

Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer, Sue guided me seamlessly through the process start to finish. I never worried about any step along the way. I was working on a tight schedule and she made a stressful situation a very simple experience. I would recommend her expertise and professional knowledge to anyone looking to find their own slice of heaven. Dolly was the broker on the other end and she was also very attentive to the transaction. Although I didn't interact with her directly, she communicated with the seller in a timely fashion and made sure we kept moving forward.

Seller reviewSue was able to close our sale while we were in Mexico. This is not an easy feat but she followed up with our POA's so everyone was on the same page and the closing went very smoothly. She was on top of everything from the closing company to our attorney. We were very comfortable with her taking care of all the details for us. We would recommend Sue to anyone without hesitation.
