I've never purchased a home but husband had, so he's had experience with buying and selling a house through a realtor. We were referred to Shila through our home loan lender, Navy Federal Credit Union. From the moment we met with Shila, she made it abundantly clear how important our home buying needs were to her. She went to bat for us 100% of the time! Shila convinced me to give Little Elm a shot and I'm glad she did. We ended up finding our Dream Home. The problem was the sellers and their realtor were not put together or knowledgeable or capable of doing anything! Shila literally had to walk the other realtor through basic concepts. She absolutely had to pick up so much slack from this other person, but never made it our problem. Do yourself a huge favor and keep her name and number in your phone. Call Shila first when buying a home!
