Seller reviewSara was amazing to work with. As a first time seller, she walked me through every step of the process with great detail and direction and gave great advice and things to consider on every step of process. She understood our goals and marketed and listed the property with that in mind. Beyond estatic about our experience together and could not recommend her more. For all buyers and sellers in area (she has represented me on both sides), look no further Sara Hamilton is who you want/need in your corner as realtor.

Buyer reviewSara was an absolute peach to work with! She really took into consideration what our needs were with my family and found us the perfect house. She was never unavailable to us and was quick to schedule showings. She was so knowledgeable about each house we viewed and shared her opinion with houses which is so helpful when you're a first time home buyer. I honestly would trust her with my life! Aside from house purchasing, she's just a good person to be with and I had so much fun viewing houses with her. She never pressures you into anything and isn't pushy, which is so important when working with a realtor. I would recommend her a hundred times plus! Loved our time together!
