As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea what the experience was supposed to be like. How it was supposed to feel or how long it was supposed to take. Landing in Roi's hands was a god send. He'll take a call at any time and will answer every question, no matter how big or small. And you know that feeling when someone is trying to sell you something? How you can see through it and would rather opt out just by how they're selling? That was NOT the case with Roi. Complete opposite. We moved under my conditions, at my pace. He never answered anything in a wishy washy way; I never once felt like he didn't know what he was talking about or doing. Incredibly professional, presents himself always very respectfully and punctually. I can tell Roi's been in the business for quite some time and I hope he stays!!
