She provided documentation of market conditions to support her recommendations for the sale price for my review before committing to a listing price. She held open houses to expand access to potential buyers. She had several of her own showings with potential buyers. She was readily available for updates or questions. She was very competent with the handling of all of the paperwork and disclosures that were needed and when there was an accepted offer things moved quickly and smoothly to closing. If I were to need service of this type in the future or had anyone ask who I would recommend, she would get my recommendation.

I had an emergency during one transaction, and she was right there for me! Everything we discussed, we did together. If she suggested I do something, I did it, and due to that, we sold two houses when the market was slowing. Regina knows her job and knows it well. She knows a LOT of Realtors and she works well with everyone. I would recommend her for any task she feels she is capable of taking on - as she gives 110% or more to every situation. She is just super!
