Peter Hunt was exceptional in helping my Mom sell her home of over 65 years. He was patient with all of the work and cleanout we had to do prior to sale, kept in touch, but with virtually no pressure to get it listed, and once we were ready, had the place sold within a few weeks of the first showing! He was completely transparent in explaining commissions, marketing plan, and advantages of each of her several offers, and communicated in a way that recognized this was the only home she had ever owned and its sale, while "just another sale" for him, was a significant life event for her! He always kept my brother and I in the loop, recognizing that a 95yo may not be as tech-savvy as her children, but also respectful of the fact that it was her home. Bottom line, Peter Hunt is a realtor you can trust and will not regret working with!

Peter was absolutely amazing!! We had worked with another company prior to meeting Peter and we had a horrible experience. When Peter said he would have our house under contract with in the first two weeks it was hard to believe.
